BOOKLISTS FOR 2025:
Each year, Office National in Auckland Street, Gladstone, fills our booklist and delivers for free. Being a local company, many families prefer to support them and the competitive pricing. Attached is the 2025 booklist should you wish to purchase some products elsewhere. The Prep to Year 6 booklist was emailed home on Wednesday and is available on Parent Orbit. Please note the items marked * have year-specific lines. The items with ** may carry over from the previous year if your child brought them home at the end of the year.
Please follow the Port Curtis Sport Facebook page for 2025 events. Our school calendar in Parent Orbit has all of the dates for 10-12-year-old trials. Please complete and return the paper copy of this form: two weeks before the trial dates. Boys and Girls' netball trials are in week 2, therefore interested students should have already nominated to Mrs Linforth. Only 4 students in each age group may attend.

Uniform Shop - Gladstone
School uniforms may be purchased from Wearitto at 190 Goondoon Street Gladstone with St Francis Uniform Shop open on Friday 24th January from 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
Parent Orbit App
The App, Parent Orbit, which is connected to Parent Lounge, will improve our communication with each other as it offers a quick and easy way to receive notifications, add Student Absences, view and pay School Fees, accept or decline excursions via the Events and Activities, check the school calendar, update details and permissions and much more.
Some of you may already be using the Parent Orbit App for Chanel College and you will simply add St Francis Catholic Primary as another school you can access.
The App uses your Parent Lounge log in to access and will be a great way to access Parent Lounge features as you will not have to log in every time.

END OF YEAR 2024
From the P&F Core Committee, we'd like to say a big thank you to our wonderful school community. Thank you for pitching in and contributing in all the various ways throughout the year. From assisting in the tuckshop, collecting fruit, face painting at Under 8's Day, donning on a Minions costume to help at Family Movie Night, hiding Easter Eggs for our kids to find, to getting up on stage to sing the Parent song at Christmas Carols, and the many other ways our parent community have come together to help build our community and make magical memories for our kids. We thank you.
LOOKING TO 2025
Kids have a growth spurt through the holidays? Realise that school hat cannot be found? Need to top up their uniform closet last minute? Pre-loved uniforms will be available for parents to look through and purchase at Book Drop Off on Friday 24th January 8:30am-9:30am.
Welcome Banquet
And don't forget to add Friday 7th February 2025 into your calendars now for next year's Welcome Banquet.
A chance to get everyone together after the summer holidays to welcome the new school year, new faces, and our new Principal. A slightly different twist on this year's Welcome BBQ, next year's Welcome Banquet will be casual outdoor meal with everyone bringing a plate to share. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
