Weekly 5 with Leadership

From Libby's desk - APRE

From the Sports desk

Next Tuesday is all about participation. The same track is used as last year, around our school grounds.

To guide our Prep students, they will run first with the 12-year-olds. All classes have been practising to become familiar with the course.

Students wear their house shirts and may wear different joggers on the day.

Students are to cross their chests if they don't wish to be sprayed with Year 6 water guns.

Parents are asked to only take photos of their children - due to media consent.

Place ribbons are given to Years 1-6.

9-12 year olds compete for Age Championship.

Non State School Transport Assistance Scheme (NSSTAS)

The Scheme’s Bus Fare Assistance Program (BFAP) provides a rebate above a threshold amount to eligible families whose student attends a non-state school outside the Brisbane City Council boundary.

The weekly family threshold for Semester One 2024 was set by the Committee in August 2023 at $35 ($25 for a concession card holder). Applications for Semester One travel can be made in May at SchoolTransport.com.au.

In Semester 2, 2024 the weekly family threshold will reduce to $25 ($15 for a concession card holder).
